Instructions
  1. Marinate Fish: Soak Cod strips in Buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Shrimp: In a bowl, combine Shrimp ingredients. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Prepare Fish & Clams: In a separate bowl, combine Flour, Cornstarch, and Old Bay Seasoning. Dredge marinated Fish and Clam strips in the flour mixture.
  4. Fry Shrimp: Heat Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry Shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Fry Fish & Clams: Fry Fish and Clam strips in batches for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Cook Fries: Cook Frozen French Fries according to package directions.
  7. Assemble: Serve fried Shrimp, Fish, and Clam strips with French Fries and Coleslaw.
