Instructions
  1. Cook Linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in Dry White Wine and Lemon Juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes, reducing slightly.
  5. Stir in Red Pepper Flakes and Shrimp Stock. Season with Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  6. Add Shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, until pink and opaque, flipping halfway through.
  7. Add the cooked Linguine to the skillet with the Shrimp Scampi sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  8. Garnish with Fresh Parsley and Parmesan Cheese. Serve immediately.
