Cook the Corn on the Cob: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add corn on the cob and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter Corn: In a small saucepan, melt the Butter. Add the Garlic, Salt, and Black Pepper. Toss the cooked corn with the garlic butter.
Make the Clarified Garlic Butter Sauce: Clarify the Butter by melting it and skimming off the milk solids. In a small saucepan, melt the clarified butter. Add the Garlic, Lemon Juice, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Parsley. Remove from heat.
Serve: Arrange the Snow Crab Legs on plates. Drizzle generously with the Clarified Garlic Butter Sauce. Serve alongside the herb roasted potatoes and garlic butter corn.
