Instructions
  1. Clarify the butter by melting it in a saucepan over low heat. Skim off the foam and discard, leaving the clear, golden butter.
  2. Steam the Yukon Gold Potatoes for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Sauté the Corn Kernels in Butter for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly browned.
  4. Prepare the Clarified Garlic Butter Sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the clarified butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Old Bay Seasoning, and Red Pepper Flakes to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the Lemon Juice and Parsley.
  7. Steam or boil the Snow Crab Legs according to package directions (usually 5-8 minutes).
  8. Serve the Snow Crab Legs immediately with the Clarified Garlic Butter Sauce, steamed Yukon Gold Potatoes, and sautéed Corn Kernels.
