Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the Mexican Chorizo over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the Yellow Onion, Serrano Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, and Garlic to the skillet with the Chorizo and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the Fire-Roasted Tomato Sauce and the Spice Blend. Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Large Shrimp and Grilled Chicken.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Cheese Blend ingredients.
- Pour the Chorizo and Shrimp mixture into a 9-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Cheese Blend evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with Mexican Crema and Chopped Cilantro before serving with Tortilla Chips.
