Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine all Steak ingredients. Rub mixture onto both sides of the ribeye steaks.
In a saucepan, melt Butter for the Lobster. Add Garlic, Lemon Juice, and Paprika. Stir to combine and keep warm.
Grill Steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
While steaks are grilling, steam or boil Red Potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Steam or blanch Green Beans until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Cut Lobster Tails lengthwise and gently remove the meat. Place lobster meat into the warm Butter sauce and poach for 3-5 minutes, basting with the butter.
Toss Red Potatoes and Green Beans with Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper.
Serve Steaks with Lobster Tails, Red Potatoes, and Green Beans.
