Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Add Shrimp to the Marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread Shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until Shrimp are pink and opaque.
- While Shrimp are grilling, prepare the Butter Sauce by combining all Butter Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Brush grilled Shrimp with Butter Sauce and serve immediately.
