- First, prepare the Pumpkin Spice Paste: In a small saucepan, combine all Pumpkin Spice Paste ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened. Let cool.
- Steam or froth the Whole Milk until velvety smooth.
- Pull a double Ristretto Espresso shot.
- In a warmed mug, combine 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin Spice Paste and the Espresso. Stir well.
- Gently pour the steamed Milk into the mug, creating latte art if desired.
- Top with freshly whipped Heavy Whipping Cream and a pinch of freshly grated Nutmeg.
