Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with Sea Salt.
Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.

To make the Truffle Butter, combine Butter and Truffle Oil in a small bowl. Mix well.
To make the Candied Bacon, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place Bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with Maple Syrup and sprinkle with Brown Sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized.
Once potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a cross into the top of each potato.
Fluff the inside of the potato with a fork.
Add 1.5 tbsp of Truffle Butter, 1/4 cup of Crème Fraîche, 1/2 cup of Cheese Blend, and 2 slices of Candied Bacon to each potato.
Season with Sea Salt, Black Pepper, and Smoked Paprika to taste.
