A luxurious baked potato featuring truffle butter, crème fraîche, a premium cheese blend, and candied bacon.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the Potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with Sea Salt.
  5. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  6. While potatoes are baking, prepare the toppings.
  7. To make the Truffle Butter, combine Butter and Truffle Oil in a small bowl. Mix well.
  8. To make the Candied Bacon, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place Bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with Maple Syrup and sprinkle with Brown Sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized.
  9. Once potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a cross into the top of each potato.
  10. Fluff the inside of the potato with a fork.
  11. Add 1.5 tbsp of Truffle Butter, 1/4 cup of Crème Fraîche, 1/2 cup of Cheese Blend, and 2 slices of Candied Bacon to each potato.
  12. Season with Sea Salt, Black Pepper, and Smoked Paprika to taste.
