Copycat Texas Roadhouse Baked Potato
A more flavorful version of the classic baked potato, featuring roasted garlic butter, a blend of cheeses, and crispy bacon.

A more flavorful version of the classic baked potato, featuring roasted garlic butter, a blend of cheeses, and crispy bacon.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the Potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with Salt.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- While potatoes are baking, prepare the toppings.
- To make the Garlic Butter, melt Butter in a small saucepan. Add minced Garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Parsley.
- Cook Bacon until crispy. Crumble or chop.
- Once potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a cross into the top of each potato.
- Fluff the inside of the potato with a fork.
- Add 1.5 tbsp of Garlic Butter, 1/4 cup of Sour Cream, 1/2 cup of Cheese Blend, and 2 slices of crumbled Bacon to each potato.
- Season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste.
