4 cloves Garlic - minced
1 tbsp Parsley - chopped

A more flavorful version of the classic baked potato, featuring roasted garlic butter, a blend of cheeses, and crispy bacon.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the Potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with Salt.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  6. While potatoes are baking, prepare the toppings.
  7. To make the Garlic Butter, melt Butter in a small saucepan. Add minced Garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Parsley.
  8. Cook Bacon until crispy. Crumble or chop.
  9. Once potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a cross into the top of each potato.
  10. Fluff the inside of the potato with a fork.
  11. Add 1.5 tbsp of Garlic Butter, 1/4 cup of Sour Cream, 1/2 cup of Cheese Blend, and 2 slices of crumbled Bacon to each potato.
  12. Season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste.
