Instructions
  1. Season Beef with Seasoning ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt Butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add Beef to the skillet and brown on all sides. Remove Beef and set aside.
  4. Add Mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Flour over the Mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in Beef broth until smooth.
  7. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, and Black pepper.
  8. Bring to a simmer and return Beef to the skillet.
  9. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until Beef is tender.
  10. Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
