Instructions
- Season Beef with Seasoning ingredients and set aside.
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt Butter over medium-high heat.
- Add Beef to the skillet and brown on all sides. Remove Beef and set aside.
- Add Mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle Flour over the Mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in Beef broth and Red wine until smooth.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, Thyme, and Black pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and return Beef to the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until Beef is very tender.
- Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
