Instructions
  1. Season Beef with Seasoning ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt Butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add Beef to the skillet and brown on all sides. Remove Beef and set aside.
  4. Add Mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Flour over the Mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in Beef broth and Red wine until smooth.
  7. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, Thyme, and Black pepper.
  8. Bring to a simmer and return Beef to the skillet.
  9. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until Beef is very tender.
  10. Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
