Pat the Steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with all Seasoning ingredients.
Heat a large cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet and sear the Steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add all Butter Sauce ingredients to the skillet and stir until melted and combined.
Spoon the Butter Sauce over the Steaks continuously for 1-2 minutes, ensuring they are well coated.
Remove Steaks from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
