Bring Steaks to room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Season generously with all Seasoning ingredients.
Prepare Bone Marrow Butter: Combine all Bone Marrow Butter ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Set aside.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot.
Add a high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil) to the skillet and sear the Steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
Reduce heat to low. Add Bone Marrow Butter to the skillet and spoon over the Steaks continuously for 1-2 minutes, ensuring they are well coated.
Remove Steaks from skillet and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt before serving.
