  1. Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add Steaks and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  2. Remove Steaks from marinade and pat dry. Season generously with all Seasoning ingredients.
  3. Heat a large cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet and sear the Steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add all Butter Sauce ingredients to the skillet and stir until melted and combined.
  6. Spoon the Butter Sauce over the Steaks continuously for 1-2 minutes, ensuring they are well coated.
  7. Remove Steaks from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
