3 tbsp Meyer Lemon Juice-freshly squeezed

A luxurious take on the classic shrimp dish, using high-quality ingredients and a clarified butter sauce.
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Clarified Butter Sauce. Melt Butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Skim off and discard the foam that rises to the surface. Continue simmering until the milk solids settle at the bottom and the butter is clear. Carefully pour the clarified butter into a clean bowl, leaving the milk solids behind. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Chives. Keep warm.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread Shrimp onto skewers (optional).
  4. Grill Shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
  5. Brush grilled Shrimp generously with Clarified Butter Sauce. Serve immediately.
