Copycat Texas Roadhouse Loaded Mashed Potatoes

A comforting and flavorful side dish replicating the popular Texas Roadhouse version, perfect for a family meal.
Instructions
- Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain Potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash until smooth.
- Heat Milk and Butter in a separate saucepan until Butter is melted. Do not boil.
- Gradually add the Milk mixture to the mashed Potatoes, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in Sour Cream, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
- Fold in Cheddar Cheese until melted and combined.
- Garnish with Chopped Chives before serving.
