1 cup Sour Cream
8 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
  1. Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain Potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash until smooth.
  3. Heat Milk and Butter in a separate saucepan until Butter is melted. Do not boil.
  4. Gradually add the Milk mixture to the mashed Potatoes, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  5. Stir in Sour Cream, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
  6. Fold in Cheddar Cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Garnish with Chopped Chives before serving.
