Copycat Texas Roadhouse Loaded Mashed Potatoes
A slightly refined version of the classic loaded mashed potatoes, featuring browned butter and a touch of cream cheese for extra richness.

A slightly refined version of the classic loaded mashed potatoes, featuring browned butter and a touch of cream cheese for extra richness.
Instructions
- Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain Potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash until smooth.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat and cook until lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Heat Heavy Cream in a separate saucepan. Do not boil.
- Gradually add the browned Butter and Heavy Cream mixture to the mashed Potatoes, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and White Pepper.
- Fold in Cheddar Cheese until melted and combined.
- Garnish with Chopped Chives before serving.
