Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season Chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear Chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer to a baking dish.
  4. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Mushrooms and Garlic and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Flour over Mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in Chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook until Sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season Sauce with Salt and Pepper.
  8. Pour Sauce over Chicken. Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until Chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
