Copycat Texas Roadhouse Pulled Pork

A flavorful and tender pulled pork recipe inspired by Texas Roadhouse, perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or enjoying on its own.
Instructions
- Combine all Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Rub the Dry Rub all over the Pork, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Place the Pork in a slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the Sauce over the Pork in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, until the Pork is very tender.
- Shred the Pork with two forks.
- Mix the shredded Pork with the sauce in the slow cooker.
- Serve on buns, with sides of your choice.
