1 tbsp Dark brown sugar
1 tbsp Garlic powder

Instructions
  1. Combine all Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the Dry Rub all over the Pork, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. Place the Aromatics in the bottom of a slow cooker, then place the Pork on top.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour the Sauce over the Pork in the slow cooker.
  6. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, until the Pork is very tender.
  7. Shred the Pork with two forks.
  8. Mix the shredded Pork with the sauce in the slow cooker.
  9. Serve on buns, with sides of your choice.
