Copycat Texas Roadhouse Rattlesnake Bites

A refined version with a more flavorful marinade and a slightly more complex breading.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Chicken for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge in the Breading, ensuring it's fully coated. Press the breading on to adhere well.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Drain the fried chicken on paper towels and serve immediately with the Sauce for dipping.
