Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Chicken for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge in the Breading, ensuring it's fully coated. Press the breading on to adhere well.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  7. Drain the fried chicken on paper towels and serve immediately with the Sauce for dipping.
