Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Steak ingredients and mix well. Form into four patties.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt all Gravy Butter over medium heat.
  6. Add all Gravy Sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle all Gravy All-purpose flour over the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  8. Gradually whisk in all Gravy Beef broth until smooth.
  9. Stir in all Gravy Worcestershire sauce and all Gravy Black pepper.
  10. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  11. Return the patties to the skillet and cover with the gravy. Simmer for another 5 minutes to heat through.
  12. Serve immediately.
