Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Steak ingredients and mix well. Form into four patties.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt all Gravy Butter over medium heat.
  6. Add all Gravy Cremini mushrooms and cook until softened and browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle all Gravy All-purpose flour over the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  8. Deglaze the pan with all Gravy Dry red wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
  9. Gradually whisk in all Gravy Beef broth until smooth.
  10. Stir in all Gravy Worcestershire sauce, all Gravy Black pepper, and all Gravy Fresh thyme leaves.
  11. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  12. Return the patties to the skillet and cover with the gravy. Simmer for another 5 minutes to heat through.
  13. Serve immediately.
