Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the Warm Milk, Yeast, and Sugar. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the Salt, melted Butter, and 1 cup of Flour to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the remaining Flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60-75 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Cover the rolls and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. In a small bowl, combine all Butter Topping ingredients. Brush the topping evenly over the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
