  1. Season Steaks with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper.

  3. Sear Steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

  7. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  8. Sprinkle Flour over the mushroom mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  9. Gradually whisk in Beef Broth, ensuring no lumps form.
  10. Bring to a simmer and cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  11. Stir in Heavy Cream, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, and Pepper.
  12. Return Steaks to the skillet and spoon gravy over them.
  13. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  14. Serve immediately.
