Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Combine Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub all over the ribs. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Place ribs in a large baking dish, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 3-4 hours, or until very tender.
- While ribs are baking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Remove ribs from oven and increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush ribs generously with Sauce. Return to oven, uncovered, and bake for another 20-25 minutes, brushing with Sauce every 5-7 minutes, until sauce is caramelized and ribs are sticky.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
