Instructions
  1. Caramelize the Onions: Melt Butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced Yellow onion and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized. Stir in Brown sugar during the last 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the Beef, Salt, Garlic powder, Black pepper, and Onion powder. Do not overmix.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form into thin patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
  4. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.
  7. Place each patty on a Brioche slider bun, top with caramelized onions and a dill pickle chip, and serve immediately.
