Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Corn Mixture ingredients. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup of the Cheddar Cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar Cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
