Corn Chowder
A richer, more flavorful corn chowder with the addition of smoked paprika and a touch of sherry. Uses fresh corn when in season.

A richer, more flavorful corn chowder with the addition of smoked paprika and a touch of sherry. Uses fresh corn when in season.
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt all Base Butter over medium heat.
- Add all Base Leek and all Base Celery and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in all Base Chicken broth and add all Base Potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in all Corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add all Dairy Milk, all Dairy Heavy cream, and all Dairy Cream cheese. Heat through, but do not boil, stirring until cream cheese is melted.
- Stir in all Seasoning Salt, all Seasoning Pepper, all Seasoning Smoked paprika, and all Seasoning Dry sherry. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with all Garnish Chives.
