Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
  4. Pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
