Instructions
  1. In a bowl, marinate the Chicken tenders with the Marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the Breading ingredients.
  3. Dredge each marinated chicken tender in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the breaded chicken tenders in batches for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the chicken is frying, prepare the Glaze by whisking together the Powdered sugar, Milk, Vanilla extract, and Pink food coloring until smooth.
  7. Remove the fried chicken tenders and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  8. Drizzle the Glaze over the hot chicken tenders, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  9. Serve immediately.
