2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground cloves

A comforting and classic pear charlotte with warm spices, perfect for a cozy dessert.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced Pears with Lemon juice and Spice Mixture. Set aside.
  3. To make the Charlotte Base, combine Flour, Sugar, and Butter in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half of the Charlotte Base mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
  5. Arrange the spiced Pears evenly over the base.
  6. To make the Custard, whisk together Eggs, Milk, Heavy cream, Sugar, and Vanilla extract in a bowl.
  7. Pour the Custard over the Pears.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining Charlotte Base mixture over the Custard.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and the custard is set. Let cool completely before releasing from the pan.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
