Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the toasted Pecans.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
