Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Filling ingredients. Toss to coat evenly.
- Pour the filling into a 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Crumble Topping ingredients. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour and oats until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apple and cranberry filling.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
