Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the Butter: Melt Butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking, swirling occasionally, until golden brown and fragrant (about 5-7 minutes). Let cool slightly.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together browned Butter and both Sugars until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in Eggs one at a time, then stir in Vanilla Extract and Molasses.
  6. Gradually add Dry Ingredients to Wet Ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Stir in Chocolate Chips, Walnuts, and Pecans.
  8. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
