Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. Brown the Unsalted Butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  4. Cut in the browned butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Add the Buttermilk and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat down to about 3/4 inch thickness.
  7. Cut out biscuits using a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Do not twist the cutter.
  8. Place biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet, close together for softer sides, or spaced apart for crispier sides.
  9. Brush the tops of the biscuits with Melted Butter.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
