Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season Chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Toss Broccoli florets with Olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread on a separate baking sheet.
  4. Roast Broccoli for 10-15 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
  5. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  6. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar cheese, Heavy cream, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Nutmeg until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  8. Pour Sauce over chicken breasts and stir to coat.
  9. Arrange roasted Broccoli florets around the chicken in the baking dish.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
