Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season Chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Toss Broccoli florets with Olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread on a separate baking sheet.
- Roast Broccoli for 10-15 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar cheese, Heavy cream, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Nutmeg until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Pour Sauce over chicken breasts and stir to coat.
- Arrange roasted Broccoli florets around the chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
