In a separate bowl, combine all Liquid Components. Mix well.
Gradually add the Liquid Components to the Dry Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
Prepare the Brown Butter Glaze. Melt the Butter in a saucepan over medium heat, cooking until browned and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the browned Butter, Powdered Sugar, Coca-Cola, and Sea Salt until smooth and creamy.
Pour the glaze over the cooled cake, allowing it to drip down the sides.
