Cracker Barrel Coca Cola Cake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients. Mix well.
- Gradually add the Wet Ingredients to the Dry Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
- While the cake cools, prepare the Frosting. In a medium bowl, cream together the Butter and Powdered Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the Coca-Cola, Vanilla Extract, and Heavy Cream to the frosting, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
