Instructions
  1. Marinate the Steaks: Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add Beef Cubed Steaks and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
  3. Prepare the Egg Wash: In another shallow dish, whisk together Eggs and Buttermilk.
  4. Coat the Steaks: Dredge each marinated Beef Cubed Steak in the Breading, then dip in the Egg Wash, and finally coat again in the Breading, ensuring it's fully covered.
  5. Fry the Steaks: Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the coated steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Prepare the Gravy: In a separate saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  7. Continue Gravy: Gradually whisk in Beef Broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in Heavy Cream and season with Black Pepper and Salt.
  8. Serve: Serve the Country Fried Steaks immediately, smothered in Gravy.
