Cracker Barrel Country Ribs
A refined version of the classic ribs, incorporating a more complex sauce and a longer marinating time.

A refined version of the classic ribs, incorporating a more complex sauce and a longer marinating time.
Instructions
- Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Rub the marinade over the pork spareribs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine all Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub evenly over the marinated pork spareribs.
- Place ribs in a large baking dish.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
- Pour half of the Sauce over the ribs, reserving the other half.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3.5 hours, then remove the foil.
- Pour the remaining Sauce over the ribs and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
