Instructions
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the Okra. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Batter ingredients.
  4. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet or Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Dredge Okra pieces in the Wet Batter, then coat thoroughly with the Breading mixture.
  6. Carefully add Okra to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the skillet.
  7. Fry for 2-3 minutes per batch, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove Okra with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  9. Serve immediately.
