Cracker Barrel Haddock
A simple, comforting baked haddock dish inspired by Cracker Barrel's version, using readily available ingredients.

Haddock fillets (6-8 oz each)
1 tsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder
1/4 tsp

A simple, comforting baked haddock dish inspired by Cracker Barrel's version, using readily available ingredients.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the Haddock fillets.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Place the seasoned Haddock fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the Sauce evenly over the Haddock fillets.
- In another small bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted Butter for the Topping.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the sauced Haddock.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Haddock is flaky and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
