Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the Haddock fillets.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
  4. Place the seasoned Haddock fillets in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the Sauce evenly over the Haddock fillets.
  6. In another small bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, melted Butter, and Parmesan cheese for the Topping.
  7. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the sauced Haddock.
  8. Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until the Haddock is flaky and the topping is golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately.
