Cracker Barrel Haddock

Haddock fillets (6-8 oz each)

Paprika
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder

A refined version of the classic, featuring fresh herbs and a more complex sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the Haddock fillets.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Place the seasoned Haddock fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the Sauce evenly over the Haddock fillets.
- In another small bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, melted Butter, and Parmesan cheese for the Topping.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the sauced Haddock.
- Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until the Haddock is flaky and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
