Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Hash Browns, all Cheese, all Dairy, and all Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all Topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the hash brown mixture.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
