Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole
A more flavorful version of the classic casserole, using higher quality cheese and adding a touch of spice.

Frozen shredded hash browns-thawed and squeezed dry
1 1/2 cups
Sharp cheddar cheese-shredded
1/2 cup
Gruyere cheese-shredded
1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese-grated

A more flavorful version of the classic casserole, using higher quality cheese and adding a touch of spice.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Thaw and squeeze dry the Hash Browns to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine all Hash Browns, all Cheese, all Dairy, and all Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the hash brown mixture.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
