1/2 cup Gruyere cheese-shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese-grated

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Thaw and squeeze dry the Hash Browns to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Hash Browns, all Cheese, all Dairy, and all Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine all Topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the hash brown mixture.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
