4 Russet Potatoes
8 slices Bacon
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Chopped Chives

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the Potatoes. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the Potatoes with Butter and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. While the potatoes are baking, cook the Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a slit lengthwise in each potato.
  7. Fluff the potato flesh with a fork.
  8. Top each potato with Cheddar Cheese, crumbled Bacon, Sour Cream, and Chives.
  9. Serve immediately.
