Prepare the Chicken: Marinate Chicken in Buttermilk and Hot Sauce for at least 30 minutes. Season with Salt and Pepper. Dredge in Flour. Fry in Vegetable Oil at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Prepare the Hashbrowns: Heat Clarified Butter in a skillet. Add shredded Potatoes, Smoked Paprika, and Salt. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
